Ghorahi Cement Industry Ltd. (GCIL) is one of Nepal’s leading cement manufacturers operating in a highly competitive construction market. I worked as a freelance 360° Integrated Marketing Consultant, supporting the planning and execution of multi channel marketing initiatives with an overall campaign budget of NPR 5 Crore (approximately USD 380,000). The primary objective was to strengthen nationwide brand visibility while ensuring consistent communication across all traditional and digital platforms aligned with the company’s business goals.
My role focused on strategic coordination and execution support across ATL, BTL, PR, print, radio, outdoor (OOH), and digital advertising channels. I collaborated closely with the internal marketing team, creative agencies, media partners, and production vendors to maintain brand consistency across every touchpoint. I contributed to the development and rollout of newspaper ads, radio campaigns, Google Ads, digital creatives, and on ground promotional activities. On the digital side, I monitored campaign performance, supported optimization efforts, guided content direction, and managed ongoing website updates to maintain visibility and alignment with campaign messaging.
As a result, GCIL achieved a cohesive and well coordinated integrated marketing presence across multiple channels. The campaign strengthened overall brand exposure, improved cross agency collaboration, and ensured effective execution of a high value marketing budget while maintaining consistent and impactful brand communication nationwide.
